Civilization: Beyond Earth’s Fall Patch is Now Live

Firaxis have released a major patch for Civilization Beyond Earth today. The patch fixes a host of issues, including UI fixes, bug fixes, Multiplayer fixes, AI fixes and much more. Some of the most notable fixes include the 144hz monitor issue, a fix to achievements not unlocking and balance changes to trade routes. The covert ops exploit has also been fixed.

‘Firaxis has also addressed a number of gameplay balance requests from the community – like optimizing trade route yields and doing away with one particular Covert Ops exploit. This is a substantial update, so please take a few moments to pore over the full patch notes below before you jump back into Beyond Earth.’

The patch is available to download right now, it will automatically download once you next start your Steam client. If the patch isn’t downloading for you, Firaxis suggest restarting your Steam client. The size of the patch was not mentioned.
