Coming in two versions, the base model of the HP Envy 15 features a 1,366 x 768 pixels 15.6 inch display. However, for just 150$ more you are able to gt the Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels version, which is a must have, as its true to life vivid colors are beautiful. Even though as most notebooks the device is not as great when used outdoors, its brightness and contrast levels are good enough.
Battery Life
The HP Envy 15 has a pretty decent battery life as well. The notebook is able to withstand for about 4 hours of video playback and as much as 5 hours of continuous web surfing, which is great for a laptop in its price range.

Even though it has been on the market for about 2 years now, the HP Envy 15 is a decent notebook that is able to compare with other notebooks that are currently being released in the same price range. Moreover, its specifications that let you run even some of the latest games make definitely make it worth its price tag.
