#WeAreOutNumbered COD Montage Features Insane Editing

by GH Staff

Call of Duty montages aren’t anything new or unheard of, and we’ve seen it all since even the days of COD4. However, once in a while a montage is made that’s more than just good music and motion blur, one that’s particularly eye-opening.

FaZe Agony recently released a montage called ‘#WeAreOutNumbered’, edited by NikkyyHD, which is just your usual sniper montage, with a special twist. The entire video is rendered in a 3D program using the original clips as a basis. Let’s just say it’s pretty phenomenal.

For those wondering, the clips are based on Call of Duty: Black Ops II, featuring the maps Slums, Nuketown and Raid. The FaZe clan is well-known for their sniping skills and sniper montages so there’s no real surprise there, however the quality of this video is astounding. If anything, it’s the level of time and work that went into making this more than the average COD montage.

Call of Duty montages, just like montages for other games like League of Legends, are often parodied and exaggerated due to the sometimes overly serious nature of their design. Whilst people like to make fun of these games and their montages, there’s a real passion that goes into them and they tend to generate a lot of excitement. It will be interesting if we could see more montages like this in the future.
