by GH Staff

To celebrate the Halloween season, the hidden-object puzzle-adventure (HOPA) developer known as Artifex Mundi has just launched a Click N’ Treat promotion. By clicking the pumpkin on Artifex Mundi’s official website, everyone will be able to influence the outcome of the promotion and determine how many of their casual but spooky games land in the promotional pool. Here’s some more specific details:

After releasing seven video games this year, Artifex Mundi is inviting its fans to take part in the Halloween promotion by collecting pumpkins on their website. The goal is to collect as many pumpkins as possible.  The more gets collected, the more games will be available at a price of 1 dollar/1 euro (currency depends on the region).

Currently, 298 pumpkins have been collected, but folks will need at least 500 hits to get two games into the promotion. 1,000 pumpkins will be needed to unlock a third game, but obtaining a fourth game remains a mystery.  After the poll has closed on October 29, Artifex Mundi will announce the final number of votes and disclose how many of selected games will become eligible for promotion.

From the October 30 to November 3, everyone will be able to purchase all of the games that made it into the promo pool at a promotional price. As a quick reminder, the Click N’ Treat promotion will apply to selected Artifex Mundi games available on Amazon, Google Play, Windows Store and Windows Phone, Mac App store. Folks can cast their votes here: www.artifexmundi.com . Happy early trick or treating! :D
