Samsing Galaxy S4 mini vs. ZTE Nubia Z5S mini

The ZTE Nubia Z5S mini and the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini are both good choices for more economical phones. Here is how they stack up against one another.

ZTE Nubia 5S Mini
This phone is running generic Android. It’s on the small size with a 0.3 inch thickness and a 5.3 x 2.59 general size. It weighs in around 120 grams. The display size is large at 4.7 inches. The camera on the Nubia is fairly simple, as is its camcorder. The chip running is a generic snapdragon and the processor is a simple one. The battery is also simplistic and beyond that the phone has generic features like simple GPs and Bluetooth abilities.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini
The Galaxy S4 mini is running Android 4.2.2 and it has similar dimensions to the Nubia mini. It weighs in at 107 grams so it’s often a bit lighter than the Nubia. The display is 4.3 inches making it smaller than the Nubia there as well. The resolution is 540 x 930 and it has more durability than the Nubia since it has the scratch-resistant glass. The camera is 8 MP making it likely better, and it has a large number of camera features like Geo tagging, Night mode, panorama and so on. The chip is a Snapdragon 400, likely better than the Nubia, and a dual core 1700 mHz processor with 1.5 GB of RAM and 6 GB of internal storage which is all likely better. The battery works for 12 hours talk time and it has 1900 mAh.

Conclusion
Some details about the Nubia are still murky, but in general the Galaxy S4 mini is clearly the better phone in terms of being smaller and having more durability because of the glass and what the phone is made of, and likely more camera options in general. The Galaxy also has more sophisticated Bluetooth options including the 4.0 option for the phone.
