At last, I have some good news for the players of Battlefield 4. A new update for the game is about to come. DICE has finally announced the news after a long and frustrating wait. The company told that the upcoming update will be for Play Station 3 and Xbox 360. The players were facing many hassles in the game since its release. I hope the announced update will be compact and smooth. The developers were aware of the problems and they must have addressed them in a good way.
The update is only for the consoles, so the PC players still have to wait for the next update. The announcement came via Battle Log that the update is particularly for the consoles and that of PC will arrive very soon.
The key features of the update are Perimeter Defense and Indirect Fire as far as Play Station 3 is concerned. The following have been stopped on the console to avoid a much possible crash. Players were encountering this specific problem since the very first day of Battlefield 4’d release. DICE is pretty confident of getting the problems and issues solved in a short span of time.
The update also contains the fixes for the missiles against aircrafts and that for mobile active radars. The company explained that this specific issue has also been resolved in the update. Surely the news is worth cheering for the players and fans of Battlefield 4.
The most important issue with the game was server crash. According to the developers the condition has “Improved” now. Players of both console those of Play Station 3 and Xbox 360 was facing the same problem of servers during multiplayer mode of the game.
I think multiplayer mode of the game is much more important than the single player as it has more players on it so it should have been fixed as first priority by DICE. A whole revamping of the mode is direly needed as the players complain about it everyday on the gaming forums.
I personally think that the latest game of Battlefield series is complete mess. The single player mode is frustrating with many loops and flaws in it mentioned by gamers across the world. The teammates in the multiplayer gaming mode walk and run much closer to the foes, which results in a great probability of getting killed easily. It looks like the developers have completely neglected the single player mode. The online version of Battlefield 4 is much better and promising. It has a smooth game play with several good features in it.
In the announced update, DICE should focus on all the problems players are facing, especially those of single player.
