On top of news about the official release date for Battlefield: Hardline and Star Wars Battlefront, we got official word from EA about Battlefield 5 (Or at least the next Battlefield after Hardline).
This news all comes from an EA conference call, where EA CEO Andrew Wilson talked about upcoming titles from the publisher. And, after talking about Battlefield: Hardline, Wilson had this to say. “Following this launch, our next Battlefield experience is planned for launch in Q3 FY17.” This time period refers to October-December in 2016. This news comes from Gamespot.
So, this simply means that we can expect Battlefield 5/Bad Company 3/A different Battlefield spin-off at the end of 2016, giving about a year and a half between releases.
