Battlefield Hardline’s getting delayed, guys. But hey, at least it hasn’t Battlefield Flatlined, it just needs a longer Battlefield Deadline.
I’m honestly amazed I still get work with headlines like this.
Sorry to break it to you, but our good, trustworthy, quality-driven, generous, angelical friends at Electronic A**holes are delaying Battlefield Hardline until March 17th (March 19th in Europe) next year.
I’ve got no witty caption for this, I just thought you’d like to know what it would take to get me playing an online FPS again.
For those of you living under a rock, Battlefield Hardline is the next in the prolific line of Battlefield games. Have I said Battlefield enough to the point where you want to vomit yet?
Unlike previous installments, this game is set to take place in populated urban areas, shifting its focus to police and criminal warfare. If I-a person who’s sicker of FPS sludge than I am of the 5 year-olds who scream about it constantly on youtube- can be fully honest, the game looks pretty sick. Again, still waiting for dinosaurs before I purchase, but I’m definitely intrigued, and I’m sure a lot of other jaded gamers are opening up to this idea, too.
But, all good things come with time. And so does Duke Nukem that thing we don’t talk about. I’m sure Battlefield Hardline will be well worth the wait.
