The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth will be a PS Plus game when it launches on 4th November. This is according to the game’s Producer Tyrone Rodriguez, who revealed the information when responding to comments on this PlayStation Blog post. Rodriguez said in the comments “This is the PS+ November game for North America and Europe”. As the game will launch on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth could come under either console’s allocation of two PS Plus games. This can be seen with previous Instant Game Collection cross-platform titles, for example Pix The Cat.
In the same comments section Tyrone Rodriguez also revealed that The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth will have the cross-save feature between the PS4 and PS Vita versions of the game. It is likely that official confirmation of this news will arrive on the last Wednesday of the month (Wednesday 29th October in this case) when the PS Plus line-up is typically revealed on the PlayStation Blog.
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, the follow-up to the original The Binding of Isaac, will release on 4th November for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC.
