Blizzards World of Warcraft 10th anniversary plans include a level 90 PvE area and pets
It’s almost time to go after Ragnaros again, with the help of 39 playersThis year marks World of Warcraft 10th anniversary and to commemorate this momentous occasion Blizzard will be releasing some new content which should bring that some nostalgic memories of long-term players.
During this event, max level players will be able to take part in a special 40-player raid in the Molten Core as they get to relive their experience of hunting down Ragnaros and his minions. Completing this special quest will earn yourself an achievement and a special one of a kind Core Hound mount.
For players more interested in PvP and with fond memories/nightmares of early PvP will be glad to here the return of the Tarren Mill vs Southshore. The last time players fought here it was more of a violent game of tug of war, but this time Blizzard has promised that there will be a clear winner since it’s now a Team Deathmatch style Battleground map.
The last thing we know about the World of Warcraft 10th anniversary plans is that every player who logs in during the event will get the exclusive and very cute new pet, the molten corgi.
Blizzard haven’t revealed when these events will start yet and it with content like this it seems like they think that the whole subscriber drop will only be a short time thing.
