The details for the Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare are quite scarce and so far we haven’t even seen any gameplay for it. It was initially rumored that High Moon Studios would be porting Advanced Warfare to last gen and this was confirmed when Sledgehammer Games announced that a separate studio would be handling the port. With only a month to go, it’s unfortunate we haven’t been given anything solid to go on but a recent find might give us some insights.
Upon visiting the Xbox Live dashboard, you’ll find an advertisement for the Advanced Warfare Season Pass, which is available to buy right now for £34.99. If you click on the ‘See Full Game’ option you’ll be taken to an incomplete page for the full game, which needs some finalizing. I took the liberty of taking an off-screen picture which you can view below.
From this screen, we learn a few possible details about the Xbox 360 version of the game:
- Hard drive space will be required
- Runs at 720p
- Multiplayer is capped at 12 players
This means that, like Ghosts, the game might require Hard drive space to install something before you play and there will be no Ground War option of 18 players. Sledgehammer Games has not officially confirmed any of these details but it wouldn’t be surprising if it’s true. Hopefully we’ll see some Xbox 360 and/or PS3 gameplay soon before the game launches on November 4.
