If you are torn between LG’s G Flex, Huawei’s Ascend P7 and Asus’ Zenfone 6, here is a comparison that can help you make up your mind.
First, let us talk about their display features. G Flex and Zenfone 6 both have 6-inch displays, 245ppi pixel densities and 720×1280-pixel resolutions. However, Zenfone 6 uses UPS technology. Plus, it uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3 technology. G Flex, on the other hand, uses Corning Gorilla Glass 2 and a display of Curved P-OLED. Ascend P7 only has a 5-inch display using a screen of IPS LCD, a pixel density of 441ppi and a resolution that stands at 1080×1920 pixels. It uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection, too.
Now, let’s go to their OS and hardware features. G Flex appears to be the fastest among the smartphones being compared, since it uses a 2.2GHz processor that is quad-core and is using Krait 400. Its chipset is Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800. Ascend A7 comes second with its 1.8GHz quad-core Cortex A9 processor. HiSilicon Kirin 910T chipset and Mali-450 MP4 are supporting this device. Lastly, Zenfone 6 uses a 2GHz dual-core processor. For its GPU, it uses PowerVR SGX544MP2 and it is equipped with Intel Atom Z2580 SoC, as well.
These three use a 2GB RAM but they have varying internal storage capacities. Zenfone 6 comes in two options: 16 and 32GB, which can be expanded until 64GB. Ascend P7 has an expandable 16GB internal storage capacity for up to 64GB, as well. G Flex, on the other hand, is unexpandable and is available at 32GB internal memory storage.
Now, let us talk about their camera. These three are all using main cameras that are 13 megapixels and they all have features such as face detection, LED flash, panorama, touch focus, auto focus and LED flash. When it comes to secondary cameras, the 8MP camera of Ascend P7 wins. The other two have secondary cameras, as well, but they are set at 2MP only.
When it comes to the batteries of these phones, you should know that all of them use non-removable batteries. G Flex has a 3500 mAh battery capacity, which gives you a talking time of more or less 15 hours. The battery capacity of Zenfone 6, on the other hand, is 3300 mAh that can last for up to around 28 hours. Finally, Ascend P7 only uses a 2500 mAh battery which can endure around 14 hours of talking time on 3G and on 2G, 22 hours.
