Can we all at least agree that Vergils voice is better in DmC: Devil May Cry.

DmC: Definitive Edition will get the full HD makeover meaning that the game will run at 60fps at 1080p with all round better character models and textures.

Gamplay wise the DmC: Definitive Edition will feature a whole host of gameplay tweaks which according to Ninja Theory in a PlayStation Blog article back when the game was announced “have been made following hardcore player testing“. These include things as small as removing frames from the Kablooy shots to moving around the collectables, keys and doors. Players will also be happy to hear that the Definitive Edition will also include a manual lock on mode.

Players looking to increase the challenge will be able to do so with a variety of modes including Hardcore Mode which is a throwback to the classic Devil May Cry series in the term of difficulty. This means that ranking increasing will be harder while it will decrease quicker, enemies deal more damage, parrying is harder and the Devil Trigger no longer sends enemies airborne.

The Definitive Edition will also include all the DLC that was released for the original game including the all the costumes, weapon skins and the Vergils Downfall side story. The Definitive Edition will also add to this with new costumes for both Dante and Vergil and players will even get to play as Vergil outside his campaign in his own Bloody Palace mode.

Finally the DmC: Definitive Edition will include the integration of popular fan mods from community including the ability to hit both the red and blue enemies with any weapon, a triple angel dash and the ability to turn off the timer in Bloody Palace mode.
