Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Wii U

Donkey Kong fans rejoice! Even though the game has been delayed twice, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze should be ready for its upcoming February release, as an unknown man going by the name of Hans Schneider has managed to get his hands on the opening cut-scene of the game.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is the successor of Donkey Kong Country Returns and the fifth installment in the series. Also being the first game in the franchise to be released in High Definition, Tropical Freeze’s release date has been changed not once, but twice. It was first scheduled to be released in November 2013, later to be delayed to December 2013 and finally announced to be released on February 13, 2014 in Japan, followed by a February 21, 2013 European and North American release.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Cranky Kong

This will be the first time Cranky Kong will be a playable character helping Donkey Kong in the fight against the Snomads

The game will feature the first appearance of a new playable character, called Cranky Kong and will revolve around the Snomads, a group of Viking creatures featuring owls, walruses and penguins that are planning to invade the Donkey Kong Island. In addition to Cranky Kong, Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong will also be helping Donkey Kong in his fight against the fearsome, yet comically cute Viking creatures.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze will be coming to the Wii U as aforementioned on February 13 in Japan, February 21 in North America and Europe and one day later on February 22 in the Australasia region.
