Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z gets a TV Spot

by GH Staff

It seems Dragon Ball Z fans really can’t get quality in any sort of adaptation. The movie wasn’t on par with what the series represents, and no decent Dragon Ball Z games have been released in years. Last week, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z was released for the Playstation 3, PS Vita and Xbox 360, but reviews were anything but favorable. In fact, that game is fairly bad, period. In an attempt to boost up sales, developer Artdink and publisher Namco Bandai released a TV spot for the game.

Overall, the TV spot for Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z sounds somewhat dull, and the features it shows aren’t great too. A shaky and oddly placed camera, combined with mediocre graphics can be observed. The featured presentation voice isn’t appealing at all. It seems Dragon Ball Z games are failing even in adverts, which is quite sad, given the huge fan-base of Dragon Ball Z and the pure awesomeness of the original series. I honestly hope that the Battle for Z ad does poorly and the game doesn’t receive too much attention, mainly because I want the series out of the hands of Artdink.
