EA Sports Releases New Teaser Trailer and Details for NHL 15

by GH Staff

EA Sports released a new teaser trailer for their upcoming hockey game NHL 15. While it is no surprise that a new NHL game is coming out this Fall, EA also released details on a number of new features on their website that the game is set to have.

One of the big thing that EA Sports seems to be focusing on in NHL 15 is making it as realistic as possible. Being able to work with super powerful machines such as the PS4 and Xbox One, they are able to upgrade certain features of the previous games to make this one as close to real-life hockey as possible. The main thing that NHL 15 is focusing on is physics. Everyone loves when things move the right way, and it is always satisfying when you check someone and they go flying into the wall. Well, luckily, EA Sports is adding 12 player collisions physics, meaning that 12 hockey players can form a huge, violent pileup – perfect for those of you who love getting into fights and slamming into other players.

NHL 15 will also be featuring more realistic puck physics and stick movement, meaning that taking a shot will be more fun than ever. According to the website, the game will allow players to more skillfully move the puck around, while at the same time take into account how unpredictable things can happen, such as the puck rolling or spinning out of control.

On top of that, NHL 15 will give upgrades on all the visuals, from the player equipment, to the crowds, to the arenas. The AI is also supposedly getting an upgrade. While upgrades are made in every new NHL game, these seem to really be game changers. Hopefully they make a fun game even better!

What do you think of these new features? Will they really make that much of a difference? Let us know below!
