The fan also claimed that Bethesda’s developers are scoping out Boston as well as MIT. A lot of research has been done by the developers in Boston and they are in contact with the MIT guys. It seems like the fan and informer is an MIT employee. The fan was feared of losing his job so he didn’t tell much about his identity. He asked others of how they feel about a Boston fallout. The most interesting part of the message is that he provided the other members and fans with a self-made map of possible development of the game. Take a look at it!

If you haven’t, it’s a real water source in Massachusetts and it serves to be the prime source of water for Boston city. It’s very true that fans and message decoders have tried a lot to establish and develop a connection between Fallout 4, Boston, Quabbin and Survivor2299. A recently decoded Morse code stated that “Quabbin has been hit”, albeit several warnings of Stage 7 had been issued earlier.
The thing behind “Stage 7” is that it is actually an abbreviation of a severe accident used by NCRA (National Catastrophe Relief Auxiliary). Stage 7 warning messages are sent in case of an accident on INES (International Nuclear Radiological Event Scale). All this theory sounds captivating indeed.
