The post-apocalyptic Fallout is again in the news with an audio clip this time. Perhaps, Fallout 4 is the most rumored and discussed game nowadays. Well everybody knows that the game has been trademarked some days ago by DLA piper. It all started with the all black clock ticking survivor domain and the diehard fans of the game started deciphering the code on that web. Now the game is again in news because of an interesting discovery.
This time the hottest news I have for you is that a so-called leaked audio tape or teaser of Fallout 4 has gone viral on the internet. The audio clip has been uploaded by a PlatinKing and a gamer found it unintentionally. The clip is of two minutes and starts with a pretty old song “The end of the world” sung by Skeeter Davis back in 1963, gradually the music starts getting somewhat crescendo till the end of first minute and then comes the voice of an unknown lady vocalist. PlatinKing, who uploaded the file claims that the music segment of the tape is “Aterrizaje Inminente” and done by Alberto Iglesias. He points out the orchestral part of the audio as the trailer music or teaser of Fallout 4.
There isn’t any doubt about the quality of the tape as it is professionally recorded and edited, however the legitimacy of the clip is still suspicious. By looking at the statements made by the Bethesda guys, the fans can relate the music to the awaited trailer/teaser of Fallout 4 but it can be wrong as the rumors are in full swing. The biggest question that comes to the mind of every fan and gamer is that, if the audio is real then why Bethesda didn’t launch or released it officially? May be the guys are too busy with the development stuff. The female vocalist at the end of the clip is also a mystery as one can’t connect it with the Fallout universe at all. The audio really misses the video and the Bethesda logo at the end. But this is my conjecture.
Perhaps the only resemblance factor of the audio clip with Fallout series is Fallout 3. If you guys remember the introductory part of Fallout 3 it isn’t hard to feel the similarity. If you haven’t, go to Youtube and look for Fallout 3’s first teaser and carefully listen to the audio. The beginning and end of that teaser is much like the speculated one. The Fallout 3 teaser has a radio in it, a dead radio in fact and it starts coming back to life with some voices.
The songs used in the audio fits the Fallout scenario and the female vocalist is the only thing to suspect about.
