1. Black Row seems to coincide with an area of Boston known as “Merchants Row”
2. No one knows who or what TBNLS 5120 is, most people seem to think its some kind of android or possibly a different code that has yet to be deciphered

It’s quite weird to discuss a rumored website about a most anticipated game (fallout 4) but shortage of official news makes the fans to believe the rumors. Same is the case with Fallout 4, Bethesda hasn’t announced anything official yet regarding the sequel and rest of the work is done by survivor2299.com. The domain since its launch is in the news and being widely discussed on gaming forums. The Fallout 4 fans are scouring over the website to decode the messages and clues there. Without any hints by Bethesda, the game more looks like a mystery now. All eyes were focused on the upcoming Spike’s award for an imminent announcement about fallout 4 but once again the rumor website came up with a new message.
Keeping in mind all the hype created by survivor2299, it has become inevitable for me to discuss the latest update with you guys. As you all know, the timer on the website points at 11th December and now the website has another brand new puzzle for the fans and gamers to solve. Just visit the website and you will see an illogical and rather absurd jumble of letters. The situation is pretty clear as the letters most probably contain a secret message. As soon as the letters emerged on the screen, the fans and gamers are trying their best to solve it and guess what? You can find numerous answers to it on the gaming discussion forums.
VGX is considered to be the most appropriate and ideal platform for Bethesda for the announcement of their games as the house has used the event for the publicizing the release of Fallout 3 and Skyrim in the past. It’s safe to assume that the developers will make use of the event this time too. Albeit, the countdown timer on survivor2299 is of 11th December; so we have to wait and watch. My perspective is that Bethesda will not miss the big event for the announcement of fallout 4 as the legitimacy of the rumor website is pretty much questionable. Many fans are of the view that the website is a part of Fallout 4 viral campaign and Bethesda will announce it sooner or later.
