EA Sports has confirmed on Twitter the first Team of the Week for FIFA 15’s Ultimate Team mode.
Ángel Di María, Manchester United’s British record transfer of £59.7million from Spanish side Real Madrid, has received an upgrade that takes him to a rating of 87, as the 26-year-old Argentine scored and assisted a goal in Manchester United’s 4–0 thrashing against QPR at Old Trafford.
Joining Di María from the Premier League is none other than Chelsea’s inform striker Diego Costa, with the Brazilian receiving an 86-rated card — which is down 1 rating from the upgrade he received in FIFA 14’s Team of the Week from September 3rd-10th, but his original card has been downgraded in FIFA 15 — following his first hat-trick for the Blues in their 4-2 comeback victory against Swansea City.
Barcelona’s Neymar Jr. (rated 87) and the recently returned Shinji Kagawa (rated 82) from Manchester United to Borussia Dortmund also make their presence known in the first Team of the Week for FIFA 15, with both footballers scoring in the most recent fixtures in their respective leagues.
All 18 footballers who feature in this week’s Team of the Week can be found below.
