Square Enix has announced the release date and price for Final Fantasy XIII-2 on PC.
Square Enix has revealed Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be released for PC on December 11th (launch trailer posted below), and that it will be priced at $19.99. The title is available for pre-order on Steam with a 10% discount being given to those who pre-purchase the upcoming PC port.
Square Enix also revealed that the game will will be running at 60 frames-per-second and will feature resolution customization, a feature missing from Final Fantasy XIII’s PC port.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 was originally released back in 2012 in North America and Europe for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. This PC version of Final Fantasy XIII-2 follows the PC release of Final Fantasy XIII back in October, and will be followed by the PC release of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII which is currently planned for a 2015 release.
