Goron Warrior Returns in Hyrule Warrior Trailer

by GH Staff

After Princess Ruto’s splashing performance, another Legend of Zelda character, formally known as “Darunia”  with a rocky attitude, emerges and causes a rocky avalanche of destruction, throwing numerous skeletons in all directions. In his hammering debut, this Goron leader also features his signature ability; this rolling technique enables this phenomenal warrior to travel through various terrains at a very fast pace, while penetrating through and beyond enemy lines. When standing on a level surface, this clumsy figure reveals his mega volcanic hammer that’s seen in this short two-minute Japanese trailer.

Quite opposite from the previous debut, this fierce individual is filled with fire attributes to the core; by summoning a molten lava boulder or creating flames around his large weapon, his hot moves literally ignite the current battlefield, while rocking the levels with rapid poundings. After seeing this short clip involving a showdown with a formidable opponent, will these multiple attacks create any future Goron fans or Darunia supporters? Will he become an important figure in this game’s main story? What else could avid followers ponder or question from this upcoming experience?

While Japanese audiences will enjoy this hack-and-slash package next month, Europeans and others must wait two more agonizing months. The second release will reach European shores on September 19th, a day before arriving on the Australasian shores. Eventually, Hyrule Warriors fans in North America will finally see this exclusive Wii U title on September 26th.
