According to an individual who recently posted a picture of a Fred Meyer ( a U.S. store franchise) game reservation card, the current generation and PC versions of Grand Theft Auto V are set to release on October 28th, 2014.

Not Another Grand Theft Auto V Release Date Rumor
The Fred Meyer game reservation card clearly states that the PlayStation 4 version of Grand Theft Auto V‘s release date is 10/28/2014.
However, it does also say the release date is subject to change. Keep in mind that this is not official, however if relevant information surfaces, this article will be updated with the appropriate information.
Nevertheless, this is a few weeks closer than the previous NewEgg.com rumored release date of November 18th.
While the intermittent release date rumors are indeed a bit frustrating, it will be interesting to see which retailer got the date right.
Guessing which store got the date rate is almost like a game of its own, albeit much less fun than roaming the streets of Grand Theft Auto V‘s beautifully rendered city streets.
Either way one looks at it, these rumors are definitely better than the early rumors that the current-gen/PC version of Grand Theft Auto V might be delayed until 2015.
Hopefully, gamers will receive an official Grand Theft Auto V release date announcement from Rockstar in the coming weeks.
