In the morning of Halloween on October 31, 2014, Koei Tecmo Europe pleased Dead or Alive: Ultimate fans by posting a tweeted message. This wonderful post has basically given free codes to obtain the latest Halloween costumes for this year. Despite the exciting news, the international developer and publisher is being quite picky with its audiences and consoles.
Unfortunately, the notorious hack-and-slash and button-smashing studio did not release any codes in the North America region through twitter. Therefore, only Europeans can access these digital features for their game on the PlayStation 3. Though nothing has been officially stated, the company has yet to released the XBox 360 codes as well. Here’s the message:

Regardless of their reasons about the codes, they have distributed the Halloween costume set in all available consoles (PS3 and XBox 360) around the world since October 14.
