If there’s a need for memory expansion, this phone can support up to 32GB via a Micro SD card which is good news for those who are planning to save a lot of data on their devices. Lastly, this phone runs on Android v2.3.4 Gingerbread which can be upgraded to the Ice Cream Sandwich version.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S3 features an Exynos 4412 chipset supporting a GPU that is Mali-400MP4 and RAM of 1GB. This device has three versions of built-in memories—16GB/32GB/64GB which can no longer be expanded. When the handset was released, it was preloaded with Android v4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich but is now upgraded to the 4.3 Jelly Bean.
