Get your bootstraps laced ladies and gentlemen, we’re going to have a SEGA mobile humble bundle. For those who are Sonic fans, you’re in for quite a treat!
If you’re unfamiliar with the humble bundle, here’s a few fun facts. The humble bundle gives out codes for games in a bundle for a smaller price, while some of the proceeds you pay for these games go to charity. Some of the charities supported are UNICEF, Child’s Play Charity, and WaterAid. It started as outreach and became so much more, which is why we’re reporting the latest games to come out today.

Just today, Sega sent out that tweet saying Android phone users are going to be able to purchase some killer SEGA games. Sorry iPhone users, it seems as if this is an Android exclusive humble bundle! But if you are an Android user, you’re in luck!
The released games for the bundle are Sonic 4 Episode 1, ChuChu Rocket!, and Virtua Tennis Challenge for any price. If you donate above the average price, you’ll unlock Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing, Sonic 4 Episode II, and Crazy Taxi! More games are to come, but in the mean time, there are some killer games in this bundle!
Here’s my opinion. As someone who played a lot of Mario, it’s hard for me to get into Sonic. The appeal is all there, but it’s just not what I grew up with. The important thing to take into mind is that this is Sonic after all. It’s a classic SEGA staple. I’ve seen Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and some of the cartoon series, but it’s just not the same. However, with a mobile humble bundle, I would be more inclined to try and play it. When games are this available for a cheap price and proceeds are being donated to a cause, it’s worth your time. Even if it means getting out of the HD graphics of today’s next-gen consoles and playing some retro games.
