He is popular for posting photos that show off extremely on the said social network. Oftentimes, this 18-year old guy is posting pictures flaunting many iPhones, photos of his bed filled with dollar notes, as well as other poses which will definitely make other people jealous.
While there are people constantly scolding the guy for acting on the web like a jerk, he usually responds to these and says to them that he’s sorry if they aren’t as lucky as him. However, in today’s news, a lot of Instagram users are going to be happy since there is more trouble that comes with more money. The time for Param Sharma has come for him to pay off all of his debts, due to the fact that even though the guy has countless iPhones that are diamond-studded, Param Sharma has now been sent to jail because on Craigslist, he sold an iPhone that was stolen.
The attorney of 18-year-old Param Sharma is making claims that his client never had intentions of selling stolen phones, but the said Craigslist listing that the Instagram kid did was just a move to help his friend. Despite the pleas made, the court still took the claims that Sharma did not make all the necessary steps to look for the phone’s real owner. Thus, he Param Sharma must be considered guilty. Atty. Andrew Shalaby, his lawyer, claims that such kind of crime does not deserve a bond that is too high. The exorbitant fine imposed by the California court was $30,000.
Based on news reports, Param Sharma would not be making Instagram posts for a period of time since he got a sentence of being in jail for 90 days. Sometime in that period, there will be moments that he will spend in the psych ward, but later on, he will be brought back to the regular prison area. Atty. Shalaby has already filed for an additional plea for the release of his client since the crime does not warrant the harsh punishment imposed on him.
The reports regarding his arrest got viral on the web because many people recognized him for all the riches he owns. Now, they are trying to see whether he will change his ways after his release from prison.
