It’s only been a few weeks since the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was officially introduced and now it is rolled out that the device will have its first software update. Before the launch of the new Samsung flagship, it will already have the update with firmware XXUiANJ4 of 36MB file size which is very small. What it will offer to its potential users is improved stability and better performing features plus major improvement in its battery life. Design and Display

Samsung finally took off the wraps of its latest flagship Galaxy Note 4 on the 3rd of September in Berlin during the IFA 2014 event. This smartphone comes with a new design emphasizing its metal frame and tougher screen that helps protect it from scratches. It weighs 176 grams, comes in a 5.7-inch display and it is 8.55mm thick allowing for easy control when held. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 comes with an S Pen stylus that is also enhanced with helpful features like doubled pressure sensitivity for a better and natural writing messages experience. As for the color options, there have been additions to the Note 3 successor that include Bronze Gold, Charcoal Black, Frost White and Blossom Pink.

As for the built-in storage, its user is allowed to install or save a lot of applications, games and videos on its 32GB storage capacity and what’s more to like is that the memory of this device can still be extended using a Micro SD card. Lastly, the Galaxy Note 4 takes pride of its 16MP camera and 3.7MP user-facing shooter that comes with optical image stabilization.

With the software update on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, it is expected that its battery unit will be able to sustain more than 87 hours of moderate usage. The software update by the way will be distributed after the official release of the device in their respective markets.  Just like how it goes for the Samsung Galaxy S5, the firmware update can be done by going to Settings > About Phone > Software Update.
