Koei Tecmo Europe announces that January 30th will see the release of Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires

Just a short while ago on Twitter Koei Tecmo Europe revealed that their upcoming spin-off on the Dynasty Warriors games, Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires will be coming to the Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and the PC via Steam on January 30th.
Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires was originally released in Japan on November 30th and this title focuses more on customization since in Empires you’ll be able to fully customise your soldiers, horses and your flag. Like in previous Empires games you’ll also be able to get married, but in Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires the characters that you marry may end up with children. These children will inherit the abilities of the parents and will be playable in the next play.
Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires will also bring back the large-scale stratagems from Empires 7 but they have been tweaked a little. They’re now much more difficult to use as they will require you to take some officers out of the battle for a while as they will be required to prepare it, but there effects can change the flow of battle in an instant.
Today on Twitter Koei Tecmo Europe announced that Dynasty Warriors 8 Empire will be released outside Japan on January 30th. The game will feature more player customization as well as the ability to have kids.
