With Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes having been released earlier this year on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Kojima Productions has now turned to the gaming community ahead of the prologue’s release on PC in order to collect feedback for Ground Zeroes and the follow-up installment, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
Robert Allen Peeler, the online community manager for Kojima Productions’ newly formed Los Angeles-based studio, left a post on Steam‘s community board for feedback on both MGS V titles coming to PC, and many users have responded to his initial statement and shared their views to the studio.
Additionally, there have been multiple requests for the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, which consists of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, to be released on PC, offering users full access to most of the main titles from the franchise (excluding Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, considering the game still remains a PlayStation 3 exclusive).
“Soldiers, hear my words!
“My name is Robert Allen Peeler, and I am the Online Community Manager for Kojima Productions – Los Angeles Studio.
“I’m here to follow this community of Metal Gear fans and let you know the thoughts of the development team on Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
“I’m also following your conversations and providing feedback to the team on a regular basis. I’m definitely excited to serve the PC dedicated community and make your voice heard by the team.
“There’s plenty of work to do, (no offense, but I don’t know what sleep is) but I’ll be around as much as possible to keep in contact with everyone here.
“In the meantime, we had an exciting Halloween at the Kojima Productions Los Angeles office. 3 guesses as to who I dressed up as:

“I hope you all enjoyed the holiday! Keep on talking about the game, and we’ll have more to say later!
“I won’t slow you down. I promise!”
Metal Gear Solid creator and director Hideo Kojima tweeted some new information on The Phantom Pain today, with the Japanese developer confirming more voice actors — Tomokazu Sugita (Kazuhira Miller), Satoshi Mikami (Ocelot) and Osamu Saka (Code Talker) — are recording their lines for the highly anticipated open-world title.
Running on Kojima Productions’ Fox Engine, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will launch on December 18th for PC. If you’re interested in finding out more details regarding Ground Zeroes before purchasing it on PC, have a read of Gamer Headlines’ summary of the title on consoles.
