We all have heard of the Naughty Dog’s game “The Last Of Us” but have we all played it? According to Sony’s Josh Walker, many Playstation 4 users have not played the critically acclaimed game of last year. “It would almost be unfair for all our new fans to never play a game like this.” Thought he didn’t give exact numbers, Sony can see how many gamers have played the game by looking at PSN accounts.
By looking at these accounts it’s curious to see how many people came over from PC or other home consoles. “This is quite indicative of the shift in the market and the many players who have migrated from competitive platforms that we’re glad to welcome to PlayStation” says Walker.
The Last of Us Remastered runs at 1080p and Naughty Dog has suggested it will run at 60fps. It features higher resolution character models, as well as improved shadows and lighting. The bundle includes DLC, director’s commentary, and special interviews with voice actors Troy Baker (Joel) and Ashley Johnson (Ellie). The game will be released on July 29th for $50.
