In a recent interview with TwinGalaxies on a 2 hour livestream, a developer of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor talked a bit about the game and it’s development.
So, resolution has been point lately in the industry. And of course, this came up in the interview. So, can gamers expect a 1080p reolution for both Xbox One and PS4.
Well, if you own a PS4, good news for you. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor will be 1080p on the PS4. The developer in the interview, Head of Monolith Studios, Kevin Stephens, had this to say when asked about the PS4’s resolution and frame rate. “It’s definitely 1080p and we are going to do everything we can to get to 60 frames per second.”
When asked about the Xbox One’s resolution and frame rate, Stephens gave no comment.
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor releases this year, October 7th, on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
