Panasonic T31
Panasonic has come up with a new budget phone, Panasonic T31, an Android based Jelly Bean version 4.2.2 operating system smart phone.

Enabled with TFT proximity sensor technology and capacitive multi touch 4 inch display size, the phone possesses a very attractive look. A clear resolution of 400*800pixels with a pixel per inch density of 233 provides a glossy appearance to the screen. It has a super fast dual core 1.3 GHz MTK 6572 processor along with 512mb Ram. The internal storage memory is 4GB which is expandable up to 32 GB.
