The latest Binding of Isaac: Rebirth trailer shows a bunch of Rebirth’s small tweaks
Wow did this game drop off the radar for a while but McMillan has finally released a new Binding of Isaac: Rebirth trailer. Rebirth is a remake of the original Flash game and will include the Wrath of the Lamb expansion pack.
The trailer above is the game playing in its Beta state and some already noticeable additions include a cleaned up item UI under your hearts and items now include item descriptions. According to McMillan the reason for these descriptions are because:

“ at this point there are twice as many items in the game as before and i think it’s pretty illogical for me to expect players to remember them all, i think the added info will hint at what items do before they are used and possibly spark their memories if they find them again in another play through.”
Binding of Isaac: Rebirth will added 150+ new items to the game making the total number of items in the game 300+ so the new item descriptions. This should make the item descriptions a saving grace even if they will be cryptic and these descriptions also extend to the cards though the pills will still have question marks on them till you use them.
When Binding of Isaac: Rebirth comes out the game will include an easy mode for beginners and a hard mode for more experienced players. Anyone brave enough to play the hard mode will be able to get items you won’t be able to find in the other difficulty modes.
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth doesn’t have a release date yet but the game will be coming out for the PS Vita and PS4 as well as Steam.
