Small tidbits of new video footage for the upcoming Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire have been shown. While the video is only short it shows off the new Pokémon capture screen, the new evolution screen with Pichu evolving into Pikachu and the new bicycles in action. Mega Metagross and Mega Diancie are also shown in battle. Check out the video below for the footage.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are remakes of the 2003 Nintendo Advance games Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. The new games will use the 3D engine used in Pokemon X & Y and will utilise the mega evolution mechanic. Other than that Nintendo intends to faithfully recreate the fantastic Hoenn region you remember from 2003.
The Pokémon franchise has been a powerhouse for Nintendo for years now, with sales always reaching an outstanding amount. Nintendo hopes to hit that very high bar again when Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire hit the stores on November 21 in the US and November 28 in Europe for Nintendo 3DS and 2DS.
