With this new watchdogs trailer you can surely see why the game was delayed. Despite the wait Watchdogs is now up for pre-order and set to be released for PS4 and PS3 on 27th May. Ubisoft truly released this trailer to showcase the game and why you should buy it. Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect.
You are playing as Aiden Pearce who has a history of crime and is trying to avenge the violent tragedy of his family. Aiden Pearce is working as part of a dysfunctional team of crooks. The rest of your team consists of Clara lille a fellow hacker , Jordi Chin a “business associate” and T-bone Grady the Pyro-Maniac. Together they make the ultimate team of destruction and brains. Of course in a city like Chicago, with over 6 massive districts to play in, all is not booze and money. Iraq Wade a former Army specialist is now the leader of the Black Viceroy Gang, He’s Not so friendly. And at the top of the Criminal List, Lucky Quinn. This Old guy is not to be underestimated. With a Cast like this Watchdogs is bound to make you sit on the edge of your seat.
Watchdogs is an Open World Action Adventure Game. Every piece of technology in Chicago is linked by a central operating systemcalled the CTOS. The CTOS has only been exploited by a hand of some elite hackers and crooked officials. You Aiden Pearce is able to hack the CTOS from your mobile phone and turn the city into your weapon. The game features an in depth skill system with over 60 different hacking skills. Hacking peoples bank accounts, Personal Data, Sensitive secrets and more. Hacking abilities can be used for good or bad. You can choose to stop Chicago’s most dangerous criminals or let them be however everything you do influences your reputation.
Watchdogs has blurred the line between single and multiplayer. As another Player can be inside your game sabotaging whatever you are doing without you even knowing. Contracts can be placed on your head sending other players to enter your game try and hack you. You can also turn the tables with a counter hack of course. Multiplayer includes game modes like decryption combat where you are required to work as a team and cease data before the enemy can. You can also play against other players in free roam.
There is more to watchdogs than just hacking around. You can hack into an assortment of cars or steal them by force. You can also order any car you want with the cars on demand app. Once you found your favorite car you can also do some side work as a wheel man, run transporter jobs, act as a team boy, intercept packages, or do some street racing online to win cars and cash.
Your phone is one of the most powerful weapons inside and outside the game with the CTOS companion available on android and iOS. CTOS companion Utilizes your mobile device by turning it into a weapon. With it you can hack other players console games and provide obstacles like controlling traffic lights road blockers, helicopters and more .

Ubisoft has done a splendid job at balancing the game out between game play and storyline. Whether the multiplayer will be any good will remain to be seen. Now I will be heading to my nearest BT games to preorder my copy of watchdogs as you should be doing.
