Users have no problem in understanding the program as the default setup is for beginners. The program is able to work by itself without requiring much of intervention.

The two viruses functions similarly and even have the same value for protection, but I would prefer to use ESET NOD32 based on their customer support. ESET offers support assistance by use of phone, email and web while Panda offers support through email which may not be effective for emergency cases.
