Small heads up, Playstation players, the Playstation Network is scheduled to be down for maintenance for awhile on Monday, August 25th, 2014. The scheduled maintenance is from 9:40/12:40 until 16:50/19:50 (Pacific/Eastern Standard Time).
During that time, you’ll be unable to access the PlayStation Store, Account Management or Account Registration services, however anybody who has logged into the Playstation Network since August 20th will be able to access entertainment services like Netflix or play games online.
The maintenance will affect all Playstation consoles. The PS3, PS4, and PS Vita. It, of course, does not mean you can’t play your Playstation games offline while the maintenance is going on. You just can’t do anything online if you hadn’t signed into your PSN account for a few days.
