Prime World Has a New Perspective on Talents

by Archive

In case you didn’t know, Prime World is a Free to Play MOBA created by the Russian developer Nival. Here is a direct link to their Steam store front. The Talent system is what you purchase to upgrade your heroes. It acts similar to purchasing items from a store, but you don’t have to go back to base to go shopping for them. Just learn the next available Talent, you can do this even in lane. Here is the wiki page where you can learn more about the Talent system.

The way that Talents have changed is it used to be Orange Legendary Talents were the best, but now player’s have been given access to Red Crystal Talents. The Red Crystals may only be acquired from either the new Fair structure, or from special in game quests.

Previously there was a Talent Garden where you could transfuse Prime Crystals into Talents of Green, Blue, Purple, or Orange. Now the Talent Garden has a new function. Take 10 Red Crystals and transfuse them into a Red Talent. This is the only way to acquire a Red Talent. The Red Talents are now the most powerful Talents in the game.

Another change to the Talent system is that Hero specific Talents can now be leveled up between 1 to 5 stars. Previously these Talents had no way to level up. Even if you do decide to level up these talents. The only thing that changes is their power level. The abilities do not truly get any better.

A lot has happened due to the latest patch, but this is the most important detail. Here is the Patch Notes if you want to read more about the changes that have been made.
