Publisher Konami has announced that Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 will be receiving a brand-new update on December 16th.
Called “Data Pack 2,” the update adds the real-life faces of 73 well-known footballers from around the world, including Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey, Napoli’s José Callejón, Barcelona’s Gerard Deulofeu and Manchester United’s Luke Shaw.
Four teams from Europe — FC Basel, Beşiktaş J.K., FC BATE Borisov and NK Maribor — will have licenced names for each player, the official home and away football kits and their respective crests once the update is downloaded.
According to the Konami Blog, Estádio do Morumbi, Saitama Stadium 2002 and El Monumental are stadiums that all versions of PES 2015 will receive in Data Pack 2, while the Estádio Mineirão, the 2014 FIFA World Cup venue where Brazil suffered their crushing 7-1 defeat to Germany, is exclusive for Xbox One and PS4 owners.
Konami will integrate “Event Competitions” in PES 2015’s MyClub mode, allowing players to enter their teams into head-to-head tournaments against other users or the CPU.
Meanwhile, the update will also add other content in the form of official footballs and customised boots from established brand names such as Adidas, Umbro and Mizuno Corporation.
