PlayStation Europe English community manager, Chris Owen, has tweeted (see below) that Sky’s Now TV app is now officially available on the PS4.

Sony already made plans earlier in the year to partner up with Sky, essentially allowing PS4 users to get their hands on Now TV – Sky Go is planned for release later in the year, but no specific date has been set. The app includes the likes of Netflix, Amazon Instant, BBC iPlayer, Demand 5, IGN, and more. The likes of Netflix and Amazon Instant require a form of payment to access the content. It also offers on-demand content from Sky, including movies and sports.
The Sky movies month pass currently costs £8.99, whilst the entertainments month pass will set you back £4.99, and finally a day’s worth of Sky Sports will cost £9.99. The likes of Sky Comedy, Disney, Sci-Fi & Horror, Comedy, and everything in between is available within the movies section, whilst sport offers Sky Sports 1 – 4, Sky Sports F1, and Sky Sports News. Entertainment has Sky1, Sky Arts 1, Sky Living, Comedy Central, Disney Channel, among others.
Now TV is to launch on Xbox One during the summer – however, no date has been set in concrete
