Playoffs 2 Day 3 of the PUBG Americas Series 2 is live on September 27, 2026, closing a three day stage that reduces a 29 team field to 16 finalists. The Americas series is the biggest PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS tournament in the region, and it runs across four weekends of competition. The last three Finals spots are decided tonight.
Every match airs on the official English broadcast at twitch.tv/pubg_battlegrounds, the PUBG Esports channel on YouTube, and kick.com/pubg_battlegrounds, with a Portuguese language broadcast on separate Twitch, YouTube, and Kick channels. Viewers who watch the official Twitch or Kick stream for 120 minutes on a match day earn that day’s drop item. Today’s reward is the PUBG Creed Helmet (Level 2), following the Victory Dance 60 and the Tactical Tabby spray on the first two days.
How the Playoffs 2 Format Works
PAS2 seeds teams into different Playoffs days based on how they performed earlier in the tournament. After each day, the top teams earn a place in the Finals, and the leaderboard resets for the next day, so the qualification slots shrink on each consecutive day.
Day 1 sent the top 8 teams through, and Day 2 advanced the top 5. Teams that missed the cut did not exit: the bottom 8 from Day 1 rolled into Day 2, and the bottom 11 from Day 2 rolled into Day 3.
That leaves the final 3 spots to be decided on Day 3, which completes the 16 team Finals field. No team can carry a lead from an earlier day into the next, so every squad has to perform in the matches in front of it tonight.
Those 16 teams advance to the Finals 2 stage, the closing weekend of the season, which runs from October 2 to 4.
Both Regions Close Out the Same Weekend
The Americas stage shares the weekend with the PUBG EMEA Championship Fall Playoffs 2, which wraps its own three day cut on September 27. Both brackets feed their Finals at the same time, and the two regions share a broadcast and drop schedule.
