One of the stars of the American reality TV Series, ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’, Phaedra Parks, is now on its way of ending her connections as a wife to her husband, Apollo Nida.
On one of the announcement made by E! News, Parks’ representative, Steve Honig once confirmed to them that Parks has a legal plan prepared for her to possibly end her marriage with Nida.
This news just came out after Nida’s name was brought up to serve his time in prison because of some criminal acts for Bank Fraud.
Apollo Nida, who pleaded guilty for criminal acts for Federal Bank Fraud is now starting to serve his sentence that will last for 8 years. He is guilty of identity theft, together with wire, mail and bank fraud after laundering more than 2 million dollars.
Well, it is not the first time that Nida’s name was caught up to a criminal act, including theft; his name was once brought up last 2003 to 2009 for having charges for car theft.
According to RadarOnline, Parks was also forced to talk about what she knew about her husband’s fraudulent activities in a form of defamation. This is another explosive that was being announced by Parks aside from the divorce announcement.
Now, Phaedra Parks is keeping herself busy for other things like focusing on her work, other than keeping herself stressed from these things. At least for her two wonderful children, Dylan and Ayden. This is actually a good way of handling issues in life, moving on and doing something worth the time. One of her co-stars even mentioned that Parks seems to be okay now and just doing her best to make her career well and in a professional manner, despite of all intrigues coming her way.
Aside from one source from Radar, it was being said that the relationship between the couple was having a lot of mishaps and it is not doing good when it comes to money issues, which obviously, Nida is having a serious problem about it. Not to mention the suspicion coming from Parks that her husband is having some dirty little secrets for being unfaithful.
Who could blame Parks if this is how she felt. This is another issue that she has faced together with her husband. And this is not just a simple couple issues; this is another criminal act, against not just with other people, but against the law.
