Currently it is available in Android Jelly Bean OS but it is upgradable to Android KitKat OS. It has an 8 mega pixels camera with autofocus and LED flash support. Overall
We agree that the Note 3 is supposed to be a better phone compared to Note 2. But the benchmark of betterment was expected to be higher. Nevertheless you can opt for Note 3 because of higher specs. But if you are running out on budget, get yourself a Note 2 – you wouldn’t miss much.
