IKEA Ireland’s teaser puts furniture among abandoned equipment
The short video shows abandoned weapons and pieces of armor on a snowy cliff. A piece of furniture resembling IKEA’s recognizable KALLAX shelving unit stands alongside the discarded equipment, providing the principal clue about the collaboration’s theme.
IKEA Ireland accompanied the teaser with the description “A Creation coming to The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim” and the September 9 date. Beyond that wording and the imagery, the announcement does not explain whether the release will include a single furnishing, a broader collection of household items, or additional related content.
That distinction matters because the crossover is being distributed through Skyrim’s Creation program rather than being described as a conventional game expansion. Its status also leaves the pricing model unresolved. A paid in-game release is possible, but that remains UNCONFIRMED; no price or free-release designation has been announced.
Contents and platform availability remain undisclosed
