Sony Xperia E1
It’s a small and affordable Android phone which can serve your basic purpose really well.
Design and Display
The Xperia E1 weighs 120 grams and has 118 x 62.4 x 12 mm dimensions which make it an easy to handle phone. It has a plastic body, but does not have a tacky look. It has the power button and music button on one side of the phone. The micro SD card slot is behind the battery cover. It is neither waterproof nor does it have a Gorilla Glass protection on the screen. Xperia E1 has a 4 inch screen with 800 x 480 pixel resolution and 233 ppi density which gives an average screen quality.
Specifications, Camera and Battery
Xperia E1 has an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS which is upgradable to 4.4.2 KitKat. It has a Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex- A7 processor. The phone has a 4 GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB and 512 MB RAM. The primary camera is 3.15 MP without autofocus and LED Flash and neither does it have a front camera. With a 1700 mAh Battery it works fine for a small screen phone.
HTC Desire 210 Dual SIM
HTC has brought a good looking affordable phone to the market in this model.
Design and Display
The Desire 210 has 125.7 x 65 x 10.5 mm dimensions and weighs 130 grams which is similar to the smartphones in this category. The screen is 4 inches and has 480x 800 pixel resolution with 233 ppi density. Unfortunately the screen quality is only average.

Desire 210 has an Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean OS with HTC Sense 5 skin along with a dual-core 1 GH MediaTek MT6572M processor. It has a 4 GB internal memory extendable up to 32 GB and 512 GB RAM. It has a 5 MP primary camera while the front camera is a 0.3 VGA camera which can be used for video calling. It is powered with a 1300 mAh battery which is not at all impressive.
Overall
Both these phones are available in the market at very cheap prices which is the reason for their average specifications. But the consumer needs a phone for a particular reason which these phones provide. Sony Xperia E1 is a better phone as it does provide the user a better experience even at such low costs.
