The LG G3 phone was just released a few months back and it did make a good impression being one of the prettiest devices released in 2014. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was just launched in the IFA event in Berlin. The fans went crazy about this new flagship of Samsung that a lot of people wanted to buy this beast. Now, who will win between these two if we compare them based on their specs and price?

LG G3: Display and Design

The body of the G3 has a metallic effect while the Note 4 has a back panel which is a leather-like one with metallic frame that goes around its corners. According to experts, the G3 looks like a phone that suits women better while the Note 4, they say, is more man-like.

Samsung’s Note 4 comes with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels and a pixel density of 515ppi. LG’s G3 on the other hand, comes with a smaller display of 5.5 inches with a True HD-IPS plus LCD screen offering the same resolution with Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The pixel density is a bit higher though, at 534ppi.

Hardware and Operating System

The Note 4 is composed of a quad core Krait 450 processor, its speed is clocked at 2.7GHz using an Adreno 420 GPU and is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset. Meanwhile, the G3 is powered by a quad-core processor Krait 400, clock speed at 2.5GHz and it’s based on Qualcomm MSM8975AC Snapdragon 801 chipset.

As for the operating system used on the two phones, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 runs on the latest operating system which is the Android 4.4.4(KitKat) with TouchWiz UI while the LG G3 is preloaded with Android 4.4.2 version (KitKat).

Camera Specs

The LG G3 comes with a 13MP back camera with features like laser autofocus, optical image stabilization, dual LED flash, laser auto focus sensor and Selfie Mode feature. Its front camera has 2MP.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 come with an outstanding 16MP ISOCELL rear shooter with LED flash, autofocus, optical image stabilization, dual shot, and image recording in HD and panorama features. Its user-facing camera comes with 3.7MP.
