Battlefield Hardline’s upcoming beta will be available to all players on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, Visceral Games’ Steve Papoutsis has announced.

According to Papoutsis’ blog post, the Hardline beta will feature new weapons, gadgets and maps, while two modes—Hotwire and Conquest—are also being included for players to experience.

Courtesy of EA’s official website, a brief outline on Hotwire and Conquest can be found below:

  • Hotwire: An all-new mode coming to Battlefield, which focuses on combining all-out warfare with all-out vehicular speed.
  • Conquest: 64-player cops vs. criminals in a traditional Battlefield mode.

“While it’s just a taste of the whole game, we want you to come in, take your jacket off, stay a while,” Papoutsis said. “There won’t be a cap on the max progression level so whether you’re busting criminals or fleeing the cops, unlock away.

“We want you to play this beta to death. We need you to. This test is only going to make the game stronger, and help us take a look at ways we can ensure we deliver the most stable launch you deserve. We’ll see you on the streets of Battlefield Hardline soon.”

Unfortunately, Visceral Games did not comment on the date that Hardline’s beta servers would be live.

Battlefield Hardline, a spin-off title in EA’s popular franchise, has had its main theme composed by Jamie N Commons, as the British musician announced his collaboration with Electronic Arts and Visceral Games last year.

Running on the Frostbite 3 engine, Battlefield Hardline will launch in North America on March 17th, 2015 and March 19th in Europe.
