Microsoft’s November Update for the Xbox One is now available for all to download. The update adds numerous features, with the main feature being the ability to add a background on your dashboard. You can import custom images from a USB memory stick or use the Media Center to connect to your PC files. You can also use solid colours or any unlocked achievement picture as your background. The addition of a custom background is fantastic, you can literally have any background you want. I can’t wait to see what people come up with.

Other notable additions to the November update include Live TV trending, Xbox One store improvements, a new restart console button in the settings section and additions to the gamer profile area. For a full list of all the additions you can check out the official post on MajorNelson.

The Xbox One has had frequent updates ever since its release in November 2013, but it was announced that no update will be coming for December 2014. The next update will be coming January 2015, but with all the additions from previous updates that shouldn’t be a difficult wait.
