Titanfall has been enjoying an insane amount of user and press hype, which most likely caused the surge in sales. Microsoft made no attempts to hide that this particular title was it’s flagship game for the first half of the year. Sony will be enjoying a similarly popular release with inFamous: Second Son. Titanfall has so far received mostly positive reviews from critics and gamers too. While not exceedingly original, the game does what it aims to well, and provides a fun and dynamic FPS environment. With the addition of titans and free-running, it’s also a breath of fresh air in a genre dominated by Call of Duty reiterations. Currently, Titanfall is available in a bundle with the Xbox One, at a reduced price.
